How to use SellerGeni Chat Support

Option 1: Use the In-App Chat (Powered by Intercom)

Where to Find It:

  • Look for the Black chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page on the SellerGeni dashboard.

What You Can Do:

  • Start a conversation with our support agents

  • Search help articles instantly

  • View your previous chat history

  • Share screenshots or attachments

💡 Chat support is available Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST.


Contact Support via Email

If your issue requires detailed documentation or if you're unable to access the platform:

  • Send an email to [email protected]

  • Include your Store name, Merchant Token, Contact Details, a brief description, and screenshots (if applicable)

⏱ You’ll receive a reply within 1 business day, usually much sooner.


Pro Tips for Getting Faster Help:

  • Mention your Store Name or Merchant Token

  • Be specific: “My campaigns aren’t syncing since yesterday” is more helpful than “It’s not working”

  • Attach screenshots of the issue where possible
