Sometimes, your store connection may expire due to permission changes, token expiry, or updates in your Amazon Seller Central account.

SellerGeni gives you two easy ways to reconnect your store:

Option 1: Reconnect from Admin Panel (for Admin Users)

✅ Steps:

  1. Login to your SellerGeni Dashboard

  2. Click on your View All → Admin Panel

  3. Locate the store with the “Connection Expired” or “Reauthorization Needed” status

  4. Click Reconnect or Click on Store Name

  5. You’ll be redirected to reconnect the store. ( Follow the onboarding guide here if needed )

Option 2: Reconnect from Store Settings (Any User with Access)

✅ Steps:

  1. Click on your Profile Icon

  2. From the Store Settings Navigate to Marketplace

  3. Click on enabled button to Reauthorize / Reconnect Store and Follow the steps to grant access via Amazon login

Why Reconnection is Needed

  • Your Amazon account password or role has changed

  • Amazon revoked third-party access

  • Access token expired after 12 months (as per Amazon’s security policy)

  • You manually removed SellerGeni from Seller Central

What Happens After Reconnection

  • Data sync resumes within 1-2 minutes

  • Your campaigns, reports, and automation will be restored

  • No historical data is lost
