Guide to connect your Amazon store in SellerGeni and complete the onboarding process.

Checklist Before connecting the Amazon account:

  1. You have advertised on this account before, If not, create a campaign from Amazon to activate the advertising.

  2. The Amazon login that you will use have Admin permissions on Campaign Manager

  3. If you are an agency user connecting your client's Seller account to SellerGeni, Brand must give you permissions so that you are authorized to grant SellerGeni's access to the SP-API.


Connect and Create a Seller Account :

To Create a SellerGeni Seller account you need to connect your Amazon ads account and SPI -API

Once you are ready with the requirements, you can get started, by following the steps below:

2. Click "Add New Store"

3. Select the Region and Marketplace of the store you want to connect.

4. Click "Continue"

5. Click "Connect Amazon Advertising"

6. Sign in to your Amazon Ads Profile and authorize SellerGeni.

7. Click the Allow button, to share your Amazon Ads Profile with SellerGeni.

8. Select the profile you want to connect and click on continue.

9. Click "Continue"

10. Click "Connect Amazon Seller Central"

11. Sign in to your Seller Central Account, by entering your credentials.

12. In case you have enable 2-step verification, fulfill the same and login to your account, ignore this step if you don't have 2-step verification turned on.

13. Login to your Amazon Seller Central Account and select region and account
Click "Select Account"

14. Click on the Check box to authorize Access to SellerGeni.
Click "Confirm"

15. You will be redirected back to SellerGeni All Stores page, after you have successfully authorized on Amazon, and wait till the data sync process is completed. You will be notified as soon as you store data is sync'd.
